February 28th, 1953
Cavendish Lab, Cambridge University
The discovery of the double helix structure of DNA was arguably one of the greatest scientific breakthroughs in human history. While there were theories as to the structure of the molecule for genetic code, it wasn’t until 1953 that the structure was discovered and verified, opening up an entirely new field of scientific research and discovery.
We will use VR to transport viewers to the world-famous Cavendish Laboratory at Cambridge University to witness this pivotal moment of discovery as if for the very first time.
